At Adorna Vanity, each item is made to order and personalized just for you ♡

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all personalization details (name, spelling, color, etc.) are entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at adornavanity@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review and offer a replacement if applicable.

We are not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or handling

  • Minor variations in color or design due to the handmade nature of our products
